What an inspiring and meaningful day at the Atomy Singapore Auto Sales Master Workshop 2026!
With the theme “Crafting the Team’s True North Strategy,” the workshop brought our Auto Sales Masters together for a full day of learning, reflection, leadership development and practical activities designed to strengthen both personal growth and team building.
Highlights from Our Speakers & Trainers:
Product Specialist, Joy – Master the Product, Strengthen the Business
Joy shared valuable product knowledge and practical insights to help participants strengthen their confidence when introducing Atomy products.
Participants also took part in a Hands-on Reels Creation activity, putting their learning into practice by creating engaging product content.
RM Ma Hong – Behind the Success: A Day in the Life of an Atomy Leader
RM Ma Hong shared practical insights into the daily activities, habits and mindset behind an Atomy leader’s journey, giving participants a closer look at how consistent actions can contribute towards long-term growth and success.
DM Eileen Zhang – Turn Goals into Action: 30-Day Leader Plan
DM Eileen Zhang guided participants on transforming goals into actionable steps through a 30-Day Leader Plan, encouraging everyone to move beyond planning and take consistent action towards their personal and team goals.
Trainer Christopher Choy – Hero Building: Crafting the Team’s True North Strategy
Trainer Christopher led an interactive leadership workshop focused on helping participants better understand themselves, their team and the environment around them. Through activities such as True North x True South, Read the Weather, Beyond the Weather: See the People, Read the Connections, SHIFT My Leadership, The Radical Turtle and D.I.D.A., participants were encouraged to reflect on their leadership approach and discover new ways to build stronger connections within their teams.
The session concluded with a 30-Day Leadership Experiment and Commit to Action, encouraging participants to turn what they had learnt into meaningful and consistent action.
