The DSAS 50th Anniversary Dinner marked a significant milestone in the association’s history, bringing together distinguished guests, industry leaders, corporate members and valued partners for an evening of celebration, recognition and appreciation at Orchard Hotel.
The evening commenced with a vibrant six-lion dance performance, setting a festive atmosphere for the celebration. This was followed by the screening of the DSAS 50th Anniversary Milestone Video, which highlighted the association’s remarkable journey and achievements over the past five decades.
DSAS Chairman Dora Hoan and Guest of Honour, Minister for Health Ong Ye Kung, delivered their welcome addresses, reflecting on DSAS’s growth, contributions and development throughout its 50-year journey. Dinner service followed, accompanied by a series of videos showcasing and acknowledging DSAS’s valued sponsors and partners.
One of the key highlights of the evening was the awards presentation, which recognised individuals and organisations for their outstanding contributions, achievements and dedication to the direct selling industry. The award categories included the Top Performance Awards, Excellent Leadership Awards, Young Achiever Awards, Lifetime Achievement Awards and Long Service Awards.
Atomy Singapore was especially proud to celebrate the achievements of our outstanding Atomy Leaders:
The celebration continued with a special 50th Anniversary cake-cutting ceremony, accompanied by a birthday song and congratulatory video. Guests were also treated to interactive games and lucky draws throughout the evening, with attractive prizes presented to the winners.
The later part of the programme featured addresses by Ms Shaila Manyam, representing the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations, and Ms Marylyn from the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Another meaningful highlight was the CaseTrust Accreditation Recognition, presented by Mr Melvin Yong, where Atomy Singapore, together with 11 other companies, was recognised for its commitment to upholding high business standards and consumer protection.
The evening concluded with the Grand Lucky Draw, featuring prizes generously sponsored by participating companies, followed by a closing message expressing heartfelt appreciation to all guests, sponsors, members, partners and volunteers who contributed to the success of this memorable celebration.
