Despite the busy year-end schedule,
this dialogue session with our Chairman—who travelled a long way for the business owners of Singapore and Malaysia—
was truly a precious and meaningful time for all of us,
allowing us to reflect once again on why we started this business in the first place.
Today, the Singapore & Malaysia leaders’ meeting was followed seamlessly by a staff dialogue session.
Throughout it all, the Chairman remained fully focused,
pouring his heart and energy into the success of each and every leader.
Even while keeping meals simple, the message he shared was very clear:
“It’s time to start again. It’s time to return to the field.”
The true value of this moment will not be completed today alone,
but only when it is translated into action—
within our own centres and across our organisations.
The best way to respond to the Chairman’s sincerity and passion
is for us to move once again.
To meet one more person,
to explain one more time,
and to hold on to one more individual.
From this moment on,
a new chapter begins for our leaders in Singapore and Malaysia.
When we move forward together, results will surely follow.
即使在年末繁忙的行程中，
会长仍然不辞辛劳，亲自来到新加坡和马来西亚，
与事业伙伴们进行这次珍贵的座谈交流。
这是一段让我们所有人再次思考
*“当初为什么开始这份事业”*的宝贵时光。
今天，从新加坡与马来西亚的领导人会议，
到员工座谈会，行程紧密相连。
会长始终全神贯注，
为每一位领导人的成功倾注了全部的心力与热情。
即便只是简单用餐，会长所传达的信息却非常明确：
“现在，是重新开始的时候。
是再次回到现场的时候。”
这份感动，
如果只停留在今天，是不完整的。
唯有在各自的中心、各自的组织中
真正转化为行动，
它的意义才会真正实现。
回应会长真诚与热情的最好方式，
就是我们再次行动起来。
多见一个人，
多讲一次，
再紧紧抓住一位伙伴。
从现在开始，
新加坡与马来西亚领导人们的时间正式开启。
只要我们一起前行，成果必然会随之而来。
