The workshop was skilfully led by Atomy Marketing Trainers Tina and Molly. It opened with an interactive session where participants found their mirror partners and engaged in group discussions to foster connection and collaboration. The session encouraged everyone to reflect deeply on their personal motivations for joining Atomy, the reasons they continue to run their businesses, and the tangible gains they have experienced so far.

A key focus was the Atomy Business Model, which combines quality products and people development to drive sustainable success. Participants explored Chairman Park Han-gil’s philosophy of a balanced life that encompasses sharing, learning, loving, and dedication. This approach supports the ultimate goal of achieving freedom—financial, time, and relational—through building meaningful connections and leveraging the power of the success system. The concept of “Products + People” was explained: strengthening personal use and sharing to build a consumer base, while actively seeking and nurturing partners for business growth.

Developing Brand Love and Becoming a Product AmbassadorUser images
Molly emphasized the importance of genuine product love as the foundation of business success. Through group discussions, attendees shared their favourite Atomy products and reflected on how product use has enhanced their health, beauty, and business confidence. The workshop introduced the "Product Love Self-Assessment," guiding members through the value of product use and its ripple effect on their network. Participants learned about the three stages of product love: being a user, becoming a sharer, and eventually a product instructor, highlighting the journey from personal benefit to leadership.

Participants were encouraged to reposition themselves not as salespeople but as family spending planners. This mindset shift involved helping customers and their families plan and optimize their consumption based on needs, improving life quality while reducing costs. The role involves identifying explicit needs such as brand replacement, and uncovering implicit needs through observation and attentive questioning. The value of a family consumption planner lies in expanding product variety coverage and boosting repeat purchases. A clear target was set to develop 50 family groups, familiarize with more Atomy products, and deepen customer relationships.

A major highlight was the strategy session on growing one’s network effectively. Tina urged participants to immediately begin listing all acquaintances—aiming for a minimum of 250 names—without judgment or preconceptions. The list should evolve from close to distant contacts and be expanded with detailed information to create a customer profile. Principles of invitation included acting immediately without hesitation and compressing the time it takes to engage prospects. Emphasis was placed on distinguishing consumers from potential business partners and maintaining focused follow-up. The workshop also shared Joe Girard’s five sales laws: courageously explore new markets, recommend to everyone, use customers to find new customers, and always be honest and sincere. The mindset to embrace rejection and maintain genuine communication was reinforced.

The session on dream shaping inspired participants to cultivate grand, unwavering dreams. Attendees learned to construct detailed life plans across eight core areas, scoring and mapping their life wheels. The importance of keeping plans current, sharing them aloud, and regularly reviewing with partners was stressed as a tool for sustained motivation and success alignment.
