Stand with the Customers, Not Against Them for the Sake of the Company

Atomy exists because of our customers. They are our most valuable asset.

Every decision we make begins with the customer in mind. Atomy is not just about selling products—we are committed to delivering a perfect customer experience. To ensure this, we continuously strive to enhance the quality of both our products and our services.

Customer-Centered Management (CCM) is a certification system recognized by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), which assesses whether companies are genuinely operating from the customer’s perspective and making ongoing improvements.

Since our founding in 2009, Atomy has pursued innovation relentlessly. In 2019, we became the first direct selling company to receive the CCM certification, and in 2021, we renewed it—making Atomy the only company in the industry to receive consecutive certifications, proving that a direct selling company can also place customers at its core.

Driven by its unwavering commitment to “Customer Success,” Atomy has made history as the only company in the industry to achieve the prestigious CCM certification for five consecutive years.


Trust Is Built Through Time and Commitment
Customer trust is not earned overnight.
Atomy believes that lasting trust is built by consistently putting customers first over the long term.

It’s easy to maintain relationships during good times, but real integrity is shown when we uphold our promises in difficult situations.

When a company starts calculating the “cost” of maintaining trust, that trust begins to erode. That is why we believe: Employees must stand with the customer, not against them to protect the company’s interests.

Even if it means the company takes on losses, we will never let our customers suffer. As long as we uphold this belief, we will continue to grow and strengthen our most valuable asset—trust capital.

Whenever we encounter a decision point, our first question should always be:
 “Will this benefit our customers?”
 “Will it solve their problem?”

inconvenience and enhance satisfaction.
Every Atomy employee is encouraged to view challenges from the customer's point of view, understand their true needs, and find the best solutions.

The First Company in the Industry to Receive CCM Certification
IIn December 2019, Atomy was officially certified for Customer-Centered
Management (CCM), becoming the first company in the direct selling industry to receive this honor. We were recertified in 2021, further solidifying our commitment to customer-first practices.

The certification is issued by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, with evaluation and training administered by the Korea Consumer Agency. Its goal is to shift businesses from profit-first to people-first, promoting a culture that protects consumer rights and fosters responsible corporate conduct.

Since the program’s launch in 2007, only 212 organizations in Korea had passed the certification as of June 2022, underscoring its rigor.
Requirements include:
  • Company leaders and employees must complete over 10 hours of KFTC-designated training annually
  • No major violations in the two years prior to certification
  • A fully functioning Voice of the Customer (VOC) system and structured
  • Complaint resolution process
  • A minimum score of 800 points overall, with at least 80% in each evaluation category
