Atomy Canada East Region Centre Manager Workshop Strengthens Collaboration and Centre Growth

On July 23, 2026, Atomy Canada hosted the East Region Centre Manager Workshop, bringing together Education Centre Managers and Head Office staff for a focused day of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning.
Atomy Education Centres play an important role in the Success System by providing Members with a place to learn about Atomy's philosophy, products, and business opportunity. The workshop provided Centre Managers with an opportunity to exchange ideas, share successful practices, and prepare their Centres for the second half of 2026.

The day began with an opening session and group photo, followed by a welcome speech from Director Jon Oh. He shared an overview of Atomy Canada Education Centres and set the direction for a productive day centred on communication, improvement, and sustainable Centre operations.
Learning from Each Other

A major focus of the workshop was the Centre Manager presentations. Throughout the morning and afternoon sessions, 11 Centre Managers presented their experiences and plans. Each Centre had an opportunity to share best practices as well as its second-half plan for 2026.

These presentations created a valuable environment for Centre Managers to learn directly from one another. By discussing successful approaches, operational experiences, and future priorities, participants were able to discover new ideas that could be adapted to the needs of their own Centres. The workshop reinforced the importance of collaboration between Education Centres rather than working in isolation. Sharing knowledge and experiences helps strengthen not only individual Centres but also the broader Atomy Canada community.
Building Stronger Connections

In addition to the Centre presentations, the program included a team activity designed to encourage communication and strengthen relationships among Centre Managers and staff.
Bringing Centre Managers together in person provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives, discuss common challenges, and build stronger connections with one another and the Atomy Canada Head Office.
These relationships are an important part of creating a consistent and supportive environment for Members across the East Region.
Staying Informed About Atomy Products

The afternoon also included a New Product Information Session presented by Isaac Hong, featuring the Bitter Melon Capsule and Rhodiola Milk Thistle.
Keeping Centre Managers informed about new products helps them remain prepared to support Member education and share accurate information through their Centres.
Recognizing Excellence and Looking Ahead
The workshop concluded with a Company Update and second-half plan presented by Director Jon Oh.
The closing session provided an opportunity to align Centre Managers around Atomy Canada's priorities for the remainder of 2026 while reinforcing the importance of consistent Centre management, communication, and forward planning.

The program also recognized outstanding Centre performance through the presentation of the May Best Centre Plaque and Prize, celebrating the dedication and effort involved in creating an active and supportive Education Centre.
The 2026 Atomy Canada East Region Centre Manager Workshop demonstrated the value of bringing Centre Managers together to learn from one another, recognize strong practices, and plan for the future.
Atomy Canada extends its sincere appreciation to all Centre Managers and staff who participated and contributed their experiences throughout the workshop. Through continued communication, collaboration, and consistent leadership, Atomy Canada looks forward to strengthening its Education Centres and creating an even better learning environment for Members across the region.
