Chairman Han-Gill Park has visited three branches—Atomy India, Atomy Malaysia, and Atomy Indonesia—one after another for 14 days from November 18 to December 1, thereby successfully wrapping up the 2024 ACTS project. The ACTS project is a global project that supports global Atomy members in running their Atomy businesses smoothly. Chairman Han-Gill made a push for the ACTS project, touring 25 global branches around the world from 2023 to this year. Chairman Park stated, “Through this visit, I felt the members’ fervent desire to succeed after the pandemic,” and “I was able to confirm the sustainability of Atomy.”

박한길 회장이 지난 11월 18일부터 12월 1일까지 14일간 인도 법인과 말레이시아 법인, 인도네시아 법인 등 3개 법인을 차례로 방문했다. 이번 3개 법인 순방을 마지막으로 2024년 ACTS 프로젝트가 성공적으로 마무리됐다. ACTS 프로젝트는 글로벌 애터미 회원들이 애터미 비즈니스를 원활하게 할 수 있도록 지원하는 글로벌 프로젝트다. 박한길 회장은 ACTS 프로젝트를 위해 2023년부터 올해까지 전 세계 25개 해외 법인을 둘러보는 강행군을 펼쳤다. 박 회장은 “이번 순방을 통해 팬데믹 이후 회원들의 성공하고자 하는 열망을 뜨겁게 느꼈다.”라며 “애터미의 지속가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.”라고 말했다.

Starting with Taiwan in January of 2024, Chairman Han-Gill Park visited China and Hong Kong in April, Mongolia in May, Türkiye in June, followed by the EU branches of Romania and Spain in July. In September, he went to Kazakhstan, then three countries—the U.S., Brazil, Colombia— in October, and India and Indonesia in November, visiting a total of 13 branches in 14 countries. During this time, Chairman Park met with over 20,000 global members in person at 14 different Success Academies and conveyed strong hope and energy for their success. He also vividly demonstrated Atomy’s future vision through 31 Zoom conferences.
Last October, 2,000 members gathered at Atomy Colombia's Success Academy to warmly welcome Chairman Han-Gill Park, who was visiting for the first time in four years since its opening. Liseth Lineros, branch director of Atomy Colombia, said, "Over 2,000 attendees welcomed Chairman Han-Gill Park's visit. The passionate lecture and enthusiastic response combined to create an unprecedented experience where everyone shouted for success." A representative from Atomy Brazil also said, "Chairman Park's ACTS Project visit has greatly increased the trust and will to succeed among members," adding, "We will produce many successful people through the 'Make Imperial' campaign."
What Chairman Park emphasized through the ACTS Project this year is "Make Imperial." "Make Imperial" means making your partner an Imperial Master and becoming an Imperial Master yourself. This is the core of the ACTS project and the spirit that makes Atomy like Atomy—the practical proposition of Super-Synergy of United Heart. It is not about becoming an Imperial Master yourself, but about making your partner an Imperial Master. This is because when "Make Imperial" is implemented through Atomy’s Super-Synergy of United Heart, it automatically becomes "Be Imperial."

박한길 회장은 올해 1월에 대만을 시작으로 4월에는 중국과 홍콩, 5월에는 몽골, 6월 튀르키예에 이어 7월에는 EU 법인의 루마니아와 스페인을 다녀왔으며 9월에는 카자흐스탄, 10월에는 미국과 브라질, 콜롬비아 등 3개국을 순방하고 11월에는 인도, 인도네시아 등 총 13개 법인 14개 국가를 둘러봤다. 그동안 박한길 회장은 도합 14회의 석세스아카데미에서 누적 2만여 명 이상의 글로벌 회원들과 직접 만나, 회원의 성공을 바라는 강한 에너지를 전달했다. 또한 서른한 번의 ‘줌(ZOOM) 컨퍼런스’를 통해 애터미의 미래 비전을 손에 잡힐 듯 생생하게 보여줬다.
지난 10월, 콜롬비아 법인의 석세스아카데미에는 2,000여 명의 회원들이 모여 오픈 4년 만에 첫 방문하는 박한길 회장을 열렬히 환영했다. 리세스 리네로스(Liseth Lineros) 콜롬비아 법인장은 “2,000명이 넘는 참석자들이 박한길 회장의 방문을 반겼다. 열정적인 강의와 뜨거운 호응이 하나가 되어 모두가 성공을 외치는, 전례 없는 경험을 할 수 있었다.”라고 말했다. 또 브라질 법인도 “박한길 회장의 ACTS 프로젝트 방문으로 회원들의 신뢰와 성공하고자 하는 의지가 한층 높아졌다.”라며 “‘Make Imperial’ 캠페인을 통해 수많은 성공자들을 배출시킬 것”이라고 말했다.
박한길 회장이 올 한 해 ACTS 프로젝트를 통해 강조한 것은 ‘Make Imperial’이라는 말이다. ‘Make Imperial’, 파트너를 임페리얼마스터로 만들고 자신도 임페리얼마스터가 되라는 의미다. 바로 ACTS 프로젝트의 핵심이자 애터미를 애터미답게 하는 정신 – 제심합력의 실천적 명제다. 자신이 임페리얼마스터가 되는 것이 아니라 파트너를 임페리얼마스터로 만드는 것이다. 애터미의 제심합력에 의해서 ‘Make Imperial’이 실행되면 자동적으로 ‘Be Imperial’이 되기 때문이다.

In his own poem called "Instrumental Flight," Chairman Han-Gill Park wrote, “Experienced pilots can fly comfortably in fog—in situations where visible flight is impossible—just by looking at the numbers on the instrument panel.” The current economic situation is "zero visibility" worldwide. Nevertheless, the driving force behind Atomy’s growth is its members. The instrument panel that Atomy members should look at is none other than their own passion, dreams, and vision. Chairman Park emphasized, “The vision of ‘Make Imperial’ will make you an Imperial Master," and he says to proclaim, "I will make you an Imperial Master and I will become an Imperial Master.”
The ACTS Project, which has been ongoing since 2022, is becoming more established as a growth system for global Atomy as time goes by. In particular, leader members are actively participating in the ACTS Project led by Chairman Park, becoming an example of Super-Synergy of United Heart." A total of 51 leader members, including 9 Imperial Masters, generously shared their own business know-how and skills for the success of partner members at 128 different ACTS-related seminars including 121 Success Academies and 7 One-Day Seminars.
The efforts of the leader members have led to the growth of global branches. As of November, the total sales of overseas branches amounted to \1.11 trillion KRW, an increase of more than 10% compared to the same period last year. Compared to the fact that so-called global direct selling companies have been falling behind until the third quarter of this year, the significance of Atomy's growth is clear. The ACTS Project is to maximize the capabilities of Atomy members while minimizing the influence of external conditions such as economic conditions and business trends. The ACTS project manager said, “The ACTS project is a project in which all members and employees of Global Atomy join hands and run together toward their dreams and visions,” and “With Chairman Han-Gill Park as the center, we are creating a sustainable Atomy through the Super-Synergy of United Heart of members and employees.”

박한길 회장은 자작시 ‘계기비행’에서 “경험 많은 비행사는 안개 속에서/시계비행이 불가능한 상황에서/계기판의 수치만 보고도 비행을 편안히 할 수 있지요.”라고 했다. 현재의 경제 상황은 전 세계적으로 ‘시계 제로’다. 그럼에도 성장하는 애터미의 원동력은 회원이다. 애터미 회원들이 보아야 할 계기판은 다름 아닌 자신의 열정과 꿈 그리고 비전이다. 박한길 회장은 “‘Make Imperial’의 비전이 여러분을 임페리얼마스터로 만들어 줄 것”이라며 “‘내가 너를 임페리얼마스터로 만들어 주고 나도 임페리얼마스터가 되겠다’고 선언”하라고 강조했다.
지난 2022년부터 이어진 ACTS 프로젝트는 시간이 흐를수록 글로벌 애터미의 성장시스템으로 확고히 자리 잡아 나가고 있다. 특히 박한길 회장의 솔선수범하는 ACTS 프로젝트에 리더 회원들도 적극 동참하며 스스로 제심합력의 모범이 되고 있다. 9명의 임페리얼마스터를 포함해 총 51명의 리더 회원들이 121회의 석세스아카데미와 7회의 원데이 세미나 등 모두 128회의 ACTS 지원 세미나에서, 파트너 회원들의 성공을 위하여 자신만의 비즈니스 노하우와 스킬을 아낌없이 공유했다.
리더 회원들의 노고는 그대로 해외 법인들의 성장으로 이어졌다. 11월까지 해외 법인의 총매출액은 1조 1,100억여 원으로 전년 같은 기간에 비해 10% 이상 늘어났다. 내로라하는 글로벌 직접판매 기업들이 올 3분기까지 뒷걸음질 일색이라는 점과 비교하면 애터미의 성장이 의미하는 바는 확실하다. ACTS 프로젝트가 애터미 회원의 역량을 최대한 이끌어 내면서 경기 흐름이나 경제 상황 등 외부 여건의 영향을 최소화한다는 것이다. ACTS 프로젝트 담당자는 “ACTS 프로젝트는 글로벌 애터미의 모든 회원과 임직원이 손을 맞잡고 꿈과 비전을 향해 함께 달려가는 프로젝트”라며 “박한길 회장을 구심점으로 회원과 임직원의 제심합력으로 지속 가능한 애터미를 만들어 가는 것”이라고 말했다.
