2026 August Florida Leaders & Auto Sales Master Workshop Highlights

To start the event, everyone recited the Company Motto with passion and excitement. After, We had
Royal Master Florence Lindor present the Welcoming Speech. She expressed enthusiasm to all the
workshop attendees, encouraging all the members to stay focused and never give up in the Atomy business.

Next, we had the New Auto Sales Master speeches. This was an opportunity to introduce our
new Auto Sales Masters, and to share the importance of achieving Auto Sales Master. Chairman has
always said that the first step to success in Atomy is achieving Auto Sales Master. Congratulations!

Next, we had Branch Director, Cal Bahk, give the Atomy USA Update. He informed
everyone of the new and improved changes in Atomy USA. This includes topics such
as logistics, One Day Seminars, new products, and how we can improve sales.

After, we had Atomy Broadcasting Employee Harold Ciccia present about AI as a Business Multiplier
Chapter 1. He went into details about the best AI apps and how to create AI videos and photos. He then
went through many examples and gave an opportunity for members to ask questions and educate themselves.

After, members had a lunch break. They enjoyed lots of delicious food, coffee, tea, and great quality time bonding with each other.

After, we had Crown Master Jason Shim speak on AI as a Business Multiplier Chapter 2. He showed
how he makes AI videos and pictures, showing practical application strategies and demonstrating
them. Members were very educated and inspired to make their own AI content afterwards.

Next, we had special speaker from Korea attend the workshop, Royal Master Joo Young
Park. He spoke about Leaders Who Build Leaders. He talks about the duplication
process, creating yourself into a great leader, and duplicating yourself to make great
leaders in others. Using this method will help you to succeed in the Atomy business.

After, we had a short break before we heard from Royal Master Joo Young Park again.
This time he spoke about Leadership & Organization Building. As a good leader in Atomy,
you must follow  our Company Motto. Having a Vision, having Faith, humility, and
the heart to serve others. Being organized and working with your team is also important.

Next, Branch Director Cal Bahk came back on stage to continue the conversation about Business
Leadership and Compassion. He educated the members on how a leader acts, not only are they
confident in the company, but caring and compassionate. The best leaders have the biggest hearts!

Next, the members had a chance to write up their 90-Day Action Plan. This is a task we challenged members
with, to write out their plan on how they want to execute being better leaders and leading with more
compassion. It’s a time to reflect on their character and how to be the best version of themselves.

After, we had some members present their 90-Day Action Plan. This encouraged
members to become inspired to work harder in their Atomy business. We loved
hearing the different ideas, passions, and goals the members made.
