2025 March New Jersey Leader's Club & Auto Sales Master Workshop
March 2025 New Jersey Auto Sales Master & Leader’s Club Workshop Day 1
Workshop at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel. Around 175 members attended the Workshop.
The MC for this event was Sharon Rose Master Byron Furukawa and Star Master Christina Kim.
On Day 1 of the Workshop, the event started with everyone reciting the company
motto together. After, Marketing Manager Simon Lee had a presentation about the 2024
Atomy America Business Review and the Go 100! Workshop. He explained the company sales,
how to increase sales, One Day Seminars, and overall feedback and analytics from 2024.
The Go 100! Campaign has taken full effect, and Simon explained ways to get involved!
Next, Chief Regional Officer Green Lim presented his Atomy Core Value - The 10X Rule.
His inspiring lecture motivated the Atomians to dream bigger and go crazy! They
shared their dreams and made goals on how to reach them! Members also wrote down
all their bad habits and together they crumpled up the paper and threw it in the garbage.
Next, we had our new Marketing Director Grace Park introduce herself. She talked about
her extensive background with Atomy, her travels and work at other branches,
and how she will contribute to the success of our Atomy Marketing team.

Day 2 of the Workshop started with a Day 1 review session by Marketing Manager
Simon Lee. We showed a short video about the activities that happened on Day 1. Simon also
went into detail about some of our new Atomy products and encouraged everyone to try them!
Next, Chief Regional Officer Green Lim introduced the Vision Board project. Each
team must work together to cut out pieces of a magazine to create your perfect future.
Members included things like Atomy products, traveling, a house, and family.
For our last presentation of the workshop, we had guest speaker all the way from Korea; Crown
Master Jeong Im Shin! Members wrote down questions for the Crown Master, she had so much
energy and enthusiasm. Her passion showed as she motivated the members in their business.
