Beyond that, she declared her ambition to rank Atomy Malaysia among the global top three branches alongside China and Russia, and to prepare the company for an IPO in the coming years—seeing no reason why this cannot be achieved. Justin Ooi delivered an insightful session on the Atomy Compensation Plan, going beyond the usual diagrams of lineage and structure.
