Principle-Centered
No Strategy Outweighs the Principles

Direct selling is only a form of distribution
To become a sustainable direct selling company, the value of distribution must be maintained by supplying quality products at reasonable prices. Everyone emphasizes the principles, but it must be actually put into practice. Adhering to principles is clearly the direction that direct selling companies must take because the general public has a negative perception for the industry. Atomy does not try to avoid accusations but chooses to break through. As long as the principles of providing good quality and prices and sharing the information is kept, direct selling can be the most ideal form of distribution. The reason why many direct sellers fail is not because the theory itself is wrong, but because the companies in question did not follow the principles. Because Atomy operates according to the basic principles of distribution, there is no reason to hide that it is a direct selling company, let alone attempt to mislead our customers.
Atomy focuses all its efforts on selling good products at low prices, because that is fundamentals of distribution. Good products must be sold at good prices for much to be sold and you must sell much to last in business.

The key to distribution is in the products
Since the nature of Atomy is distribution, it is in competition with all distributors across the world. The competitors include not only other direct selling companies but discount stores, offline markets, e-commerce, home shopping networks, and more. Through the advantages of consumers using good products at low prices and introducing them to others, direct selling can be differentiated from other distribution channels. Before highlighting the characteristics of direct selling, however, Atomy is committed to the fundamentals of distribution. The products must compete in quality and price with discount and department stores, and TV home shopping networks. The consumers will inevitably choose the best quality and best prices and this is the why Atomy is founded on its philosophy of absolute quality and absolute price. A business must go beyond operating legally and fortify the fundamentals to earn trust of the customers.

A moral company without fault
Atomy sells products based on trust and building trust means walking on the right path or becoming a moral company without fault. Atomy does not tolerate dishonesty either externally or internally. Betraying trust is betraying the customer, ultimately threatening the survival, and therefore zero tolerance policy is enforeced for all employees and partnering companies. An example of this was seen when the partnership with a dental floss manufacturer was terminated for failing to keep this principle. The manufacturer had stated that the length of its floss was fifty meters when it was in reality only fortyseven meters. If a product was advertised as fifty meters, it should be provided as promised. Breaking the promise for an additional three meters of profit will inevitably have its toll in the end. Pretending to be a good company while selling poor-quality products will eventually be noticed by the consumers.
Atomy believes that keeping the basic principles is the easiest and fastest way to sustainable growth. No solicitation or lobbying is tolerated during the process of product selection and pricing. The decision is made by a product committee after numerous deliberations until a consensus is reached. Many products fail to meet the standard during this process. For example, no soybean paste has reached the consensus of the committee for more than ten years.
Becoming a moral company goes beyond just paying the taxes, and all procedures should be free of faults.

Being principle-centered is not good, but smart
It is a firm belief in Atomy that being principle-centered is the best way to be loved by the customers. Tricking your way to earn immediate profits will only bring more problems. Some may wonder if the company’s promise to sell the absolute quality and price products will ever change and the answer is most obviously a “No”, and it must never change. Selling a good product at an affordable price is the most fundamental and yet smart approach. You can make profit by selling a lot of products and more importantly, you can continue to sell for a long time. There is no reason to take a different route instead of taking the most obvious way. People may disregard the principles thinking they are smart, but Atomy remains principle-centered because it is the wisest decision to make. Maintaining absolute quality and absolute price is the most profitable choice for Atomy.
