Chairman Han-Gill Park made a safe return to Korea after meeting with members from the Americas and Southeast Asia, including Malaysia and Singapore. The reason for the trip was to share the new vision and aspirations of Atomy at the end of the pandemic that had tied down global Atomy members for nearly three years. During the period of three weeks from October 21 to November 11, Chairman Han-Gill Park attended Success Academies in Seattle, the home of Atomy USA, as well as in Los Angeles, New Jersey, Atlanta, and even Mexico to meet members. After returning to Korea for another Success Academy, he then traveled to Malaysia and Singapore for one week from November 21 to 27 to continue meeting with members.

Chairman Han-Gill Park traveled a total of 40,000 kilometers, a distance equivalent to the circumference of the Earth, during which time he gave seven special lectures and was able to meet nearly 10,000 global Atomy members in-person. He ended up contracting COVID during the tour and even cracked a rib after a fall, but he never gave up on meeting members. Chairman Han-Gill Park said, "No amount of pain can be a reason to postpone meeting with members who aspire to succeed. I will keep going until the day that hundreds of thousands of Imperial Masters are born.

박한길 회장이 미주 지역과 말레이시아, 싱가포르 등 동남아 지역의 회원들을 직접 만나고 돌아왔다. 근 3년여 동안 세계 애터미 회원들의 발을 묶었던 팬데믹의 막바지에 새로운 비전과 갈망을 공유하기 위함이다. 지난 10월 21일부터 11월 11일까지 3주간 박한길 회장은 미국 법인 사무실이 있는 시애틀을 비롯해 로스앤젤레스, 뉴저지, 애틀랜타 등 미국법인의 석세스아카데미와 멕시코 법인의 석세스아카데미를 참관하며 회원들과 만남을 이어갔다. 한국 석세스아카데미를 치른 후, 11월 21일부터 27일까지 일주일간 말레이시아와 싱가포르를 돌며 회원들과의 만남을 이어갔다. 박회장의 이동 거리는 무려 40,000여 킬로미터, 지구 한 바퀴에 달하는 거리를 이동하며 7차례에 걸친 특강을 통해 10,000여 명에 가까운 글로벌 애터미 회원들과 직접 만나는 시간을 가졌다. 순방 도중에 코로나에 걸리기도 했으며 낙상으로 인해 갈빗대에 금이 가는 등의 사고에도 불구하고 회원들과의 만남을 포기하지 않았다. 박한길 회장은 “어떤 고통도 성공을 열망하는 회원들과의 만남을 미루는 이유가 될 수 없다”며 “수백 수천의 임페리얼마스터가 탄생하는 그날까지 멈추지 않을 것”이라고 말했다.

On October 21, Chairman Han-Gill Park left Incheon International Airport at 6 p.m. and arrived in Seattle at noon on the same day. In fact, he arrived earlier than his departure time as if traveling in a time machine while crossing the International Date Line. Upon his arrival, he had no time to relax and headed straight to the Hilton Bellevue Hotel where the Seattle revival meeting was being held. Only after finishing the revival meeting was he able to take a break and prepare for the next day’s Success Academy.
The Seattle Success Academy started at 2 p.m. on October 22, and members of Atomy USA filled the venue. After the opening performance, executive members and leaders were introduced, and members shouted the company motto in unison. Subsequently, the current status of Global Atomy and U.S. product information were shared, and then Imperial Master Yeon-Sook Kim gave a lecture called “Road to Success.” Without a break, Chairman Han-Gill Park’s video of “A Balanced Life” was played and the Life Scenario was presented. The promotion ceremony followed, after which Chairman Han-Gill Park finally began his live lecture.
In his lecture, Chairman Han-Gill Park presented Atomy’s vision of becoming a multi million-dollar company. He stated, “When I started Atomy, I did not see other direct selling companies as competitors.” He emphasized, “The true competitors that I wanted Atomy to compete with and beat are Walmart and Amazon who generate hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.” This is because tens of thousands of Imperial Masters can be produced only when Atomy is able to generate hundreds of millions of dollars. He also said with confidence that “Atomy USA will soon experience explosive growth.” The reasons for this are the fact that leaders who are fluent in English are now rising and that people who speak various languages from around the world live in the United States. Chairman Han-Gill Park explained, “Doing the Atomy business is not difficult. It is all about repeating simple things. You just have to ask everyone you meet if they know about Atomy and let them know that there are products of Absolute Quality and Absolute Price.” At the employee meeting that evening, the employees of Atomy America Inc. promised that they would spare no effort in growing the company. They said, “If a member finds it difficult to work together with the company, both sides would gain nothing.” They also declared, “Since members achieve success by fully partnering with the company, our priority is to build a closer relationship with our members.”
Meanwhile, Ha-Neul Koh, an employee of Atomy America Inc., mentioned at the meeting that she was surprised at how Chairman Han-Gill Park was “so philosophical.” She was deeply impressed when Chairman Park talked about the third and fourth dimensions, especially when he explained, “Don’t stay in the third dimension, but think beyond the dimension.” Ha-Neul Ko said, “From an employee’s point of view, Atomy’s vision is outstanding,” adding that “Atomy’s spirit is not only about the material success of its members, but also about spiritual success, thereby doubling the synergistic effects.”

10월 21일, 오후 6시에 인천공항을 출발한 박한길 회장은 같은 날 정오에 시애틀에 도착했다. 날짜변경선을 넘으며 마치 타임머신을 탄 듯, 출발시간보다 이르게 도착한 것이다. 박한길 회장은 도착하자마자, 여독을 풀 겨를도 없이 시애틀 사경회가 열리는 힐튼 벨뷰 호텔까지 강행군을 했다. 그렇게 사경회를 마무리 짓고 나서야 잠시 휴식을 취하며 다음 날 있을 석세스아카데미를 준비할 수 있었다.
22일, 오후 2시부터 열린 시애틀 석세스아카데미에는 미국 법인 회원들이 행사장을 가득 채웠다. 오프닝 공연에 이은 경영진 및 리더 사업자 소개와 가슴 벅찬 사훈제창을 시작으로 시애틀 석세스아카데미의 막이 올랐다. 글로벌 애터미의 현황과 미국 법인의 제품 소개, 그리고 김연숙 임페리얼마스터의 강연 ‘Road to Success(성공하는 방법)’가 진행됐다. 잠시 쉴 시간도 없이 ‘균형 잡힌 삶’에 대한 박한길 회장의 동영상과 인생시나리오 발표. 그리고 승급식이 이어지고, 이윽고 박한길 회장의 직강이 시작됐다.
이날 시애틀에서 박한길 회장은 백조 기업 애터미에 대한 비전을 제시했다. 그는 “나는 애터미를 창업할 때 직접판매 기업들을 경쟁 대상으로 생각하지 않았다”며 “애터미가 경쟁해서 이기고 싶은 상대는 수백조원의 매출을 올리는 월마트나 아마존”이라고 강조했다. 수백조원의 기업이 되어야 수만명의 임페리얼마스터가 탄생할 수 있기 때문이다. 또 그는 “이제 미국 법인은 엄청나게 폭발해 나갈 것”이라고 확신했다. 그 이유로는 ‘영어를 잘 하는 리더들이 나타나기 시작’한 점과 ‘전 세계 여러 언어를 쓰는 민족들이 다 미국에 있다는’ 점을 들었다. 박한길 회장은 “애터미 비즈니스는 어려운 게 아니라 단순한 것을 계속 반복하는 사업”이라며 “만나는 사람마다 애터미를 아느냐고, 절대품질 절대가격의 제품이 있다고 알려주면 되는 것”이라고 말했다.
이날 저녁 이뤄진 직원 간담회에서 미국 법인 직원들은 미국 법인의 성장을 위해 각고의 노력을 아끼지 않을 것임을 약속했다. 미국 법인 측은 “회원 입장에서 법인을 어려워한다면 양측 모두 매우 난처한 상황일 것”이라며 “회원의 성공은 법인과 회원의 전폭적인 상호 협력을 통해서 이뤄지는 만큼 무엇보다 친화력, 친근감을 높이는데 신경 쓰고 있다”고 말했다.
한편, 고하늘 애터미 미국 법인 직원은 직원간담회를 통해 박한길 회장이 ‘매우 철학적’이라는 점에 놀랐다고 했다. 특히 ‘차원’에 대한 이야기를 할 때에는 3차원을 넘어 4차원을 이야기하면서 “3차원에 머무르지 말고 차원을 초월하여 생각하라”고 한 부분에 깊은 감명을 받았다고 했다. 그는 또 “직원의 입장에서 본 애터미의 비전은 ‘훌륭하다”며 “애터미 정신은 회원들의 물질적인 성공만이 아니라 영적인 면에서의 성공도 도모하고 있기에 시너지 효과는 배로 나타날 것”이라고 말했다.

On October 24, Chairman Han-Gill Park made his way to Denver, Colorado, still feeling excited from the Seattle Success Academy. He then headed right away to visit the Compassion International Headquarters in Colorado Springs about an hour away from Denver. The Compassion International Headquarters invited Chairman Park to express their gratitude for the largest donation ever, both on a corporate and individual level, and for the PR partnership between Compassion and Atomy. The amazing thing was that photos of Chairman Han-Gill Park’s “10 million dollar donation event” were displayed on billboard screens all along the road to Compassion International Headquarters. The heart of Compassion in welcoming Chairman Park was truly conveyed.
At the entrance of the Compassion International Head quarters, the first thing that stood out was a statue of a woman carrying a baby on her back in her clothing and holding her son’s hand while walking. The boy, who is holding his mother’s hands, is looking happily up at her and pointing somewhere. Pastor YongMyong Moon, who was guiding them, said, “The child is running to Jesus with his mother,” adding, “Compassion is confident that the life of a child, the life of his family, and even the community are influenced and changed.” Compassion was first established to take care of war orphans from the Korean War and is now changing the lives of countless children around the world.
After touring the Compassion International Headquarters, Chairman Han-Gill Park had a chance to talk with Santiago “Jimmy” Mellado, the President of Compassion International. At this meeting, President Jimmy said, “What Atomy is doing will encourage other companies to reach toward a greater purpose through missionary work in the future. This is why Compassion is working together with Atomy.” Chairman Han-Gill Park responded, “My main job is to dream and talk about it. It is God and His people who fulfill it,” adding, “We need to dream within God and shout out that dream.”
After visiting the Compassion International Headquarters, Chairman Han-Gill Park gave lectures at Success Academy in Los Angeles (October 29), New Jersey (November 1), and Atlanta (November 5). In his lectures in the Americas, Chairman Han-Gill Park emphasized that Atomy is the first network marketing company to grow by competing with general distribution companies, and that it is a company where anyone with courage can achieve their dreams.

24일, 뜨거웠던 시애틀 석세스아카데미의 열기를 간직한 채 박한길 회장은 콜로라도의 덴버로 이동했다. 그리곤 곧바로 한 시간 여 차를 달려 스프링스에 있는 컴패션 국제본부로 향했다. 컴패션 국제본부에서 기업 및 개인부분 최다 후원금 기부 및 컴패션과 애터미의 홍보 파트너십에 대한 감사의 뜻을 전하고자 박한길 회장을 초청한 것이다. 이채로웠던 것은 컴패션 국제본부로 가는 도로 곳곳의 스크린에 박한길 회장의 ‘1000만 달러 기부 장면’ 사진이 디스플레이 되고 있었다는 것이다. 박회장을 환영하는 컴패션 측의 마음이 그대로 전해졌다.
컴패션 국제 본부 안으로 들어서자 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 치마저고리에 갓난아이를 등에 업은 채, 어린 아들의 손을 잡고 걸어가는 모습의 동상이었다. 엄마 손을 잡은 어린아이는 밝은 표정으로 엄마를 바라보며 어딘가를 가리키고 있었다. 컴패션을 안내하던 문영명 목사는 “아이가 엄마를 데리고 예수님으로 달려가는 모습”이라며 “컴패션은 한 아이의 삶, 그리고 그 가족의 삶, 그리고 더 나아가서는 그 지역사회가 영향을 받고 변화되는 것을 확신하고 있다”고 말했다. 컴패션은 6.25 전쟁으로 인한 전쟁고아들을 돌보기 위해 설립된 기구로 지금은 전 세계에서 수많은 어린이들의 삶을 변화시키고 있다.
컴패션 국제본부를 돌아 본 박한길 회장은 지미 메야도 컴패션 국제본부 총재와 환담을 나누었다. 이 자리에서 지미 총재는 “애터미가 하고 있는 일들은 앞으로 다른 기업들이 선교를 통해 더 큰 목적을 향해 갈 수 있도록 할 것”이라며 “우리 컴패션이 애터미와 동역하는 것은 바로 그 때문”이라고 말했다. 박한길 회장은 “꿈꾸고 얘기하는 것이 제 본업이고 이것을 이루시는 것은 하나님과 하나님의 사람들”이라며 “우리는 하나님 안에서 꿈꾸고 그 꿈을 외치는 것이 필요하다”고 화답했다.
컴패션 국제본부 방문 이후 박한길 회장은 L.A(10월 29일), 뉴저지(11월 1일), 애틀랜타(11월 5일) 등 3곳의 석세스아카데미에서 직접 강연을 펼쳤다. 미주 강연을 통해 박한길 회장은 애터미가 일반 유통과의 경쟁을 통해 성장하는 최초의 네트워크마케팅 기업이자 용기가 있다면 누구나 꿈을 이룰 수 있는 기업이라는 점을 강조했다.

Chairman Han-Gill Park took a short break after his tour of the Americas and then traveled to Malaysia on November 21. A total of 4,000 members attended Success Academy in Malaysia, about 3,500 from Kuala Lumpur and 500 from Kota Kinabalu. The Success Academy took place in Kuala Lumpur on November 23 and began with a welcome speech by Crown Master Fenn Ten. Chairman Han-Gill Park emphasized that Malaysia’s advantage lies in the fact that there’s a mix of people who speak various languages. He said, “Atomy Malaysia will generate sales of more than 1 trillion won within the next 10 years,” with the keyword “bul-gwang-bul-geup” (不狂不及), meaning that if you are not crazy about your work, then you cannot accomplish what you want. He stated with confidence, “By that time, all members present here will achieve the rank of Royal Master or above and live successfully.”
After finishing up in Malaysia, Chairman Han-Gill Park moved on to Singapore, the financial hub of Southeast Asia. At the Singapore Success Academy held on November 25, Imperial Master Dong Cheol Park shared about his path to success as well as the meaning behind the Atomy business with the 800 members in attendance. Here, Chairman Park stated, “Even in Singapore, the most prosperous country in Southeast Asia, Atomy’s vision and values do not change.” He said, “Do not be satisfied with an ordinary life that is 100% stable. Instead, dream of a life where you can help others while doing what you love and traveling anywhere you want.”

미주 순방을 마치고 잠시 휴식을 취한 박한길 회장은 11월 21일, 말레이시아로 건너갔다. 말레이시아에서는 쿠알라룸프와 코타키나발루 등 두 곳에서 각각 3500여 명과 500여 명 등 도합 4000여 회원이 참석했다. 23일, 쿠알라룸푸르의 석세스아카데미는 ‘펜 텐(Fenn Ten)’ 크라운마스터의 환영사로 시작됐다. 박한길 회장은 다양한 언어를 사용하는 국민들이 혼재하는 점이 오히려 말레이시아의 장점이라고 강조했다. 박 회장은 불광불급(不狂不及)이라는 키워드와 함께 “말레이시아는 향후 10년 이내 1조원 이상의 매출을 올리는 법인이 될 것”이라며 “그 때가 되면 이 자리에 계신 모든 회원들은 로열마스터 이상의 직급을 성취한 성공자가 되어 있을 것”이라고 확신했다. 말레이시아에서의 일정을 마치고 동남아의 금융 허브인 싱가포르로 이동했다. 25일 개최된 싱가포르의 석세스아카데미에는 박동철 임페리얼마스터가 자신이 걸어온 성공의 길과 함께 애터미 사업의 의미를 800여 명의 회원에게 전달했다. 싱가포르에서 박한길 회장은 “동남아에서 가장 잘사는 싱가포르에서도 애터미의 비전과 가치는 변하지 않는다”며 “100% 확실한 평범한 생활을 영위하는데 만족하지 말고 하고 싶은 것을 하고, 가고 싶은 곳을 다니며 남을 도와줄 수 있는 삶을 이루겠다는 꿈을 가져라”라고 말했다.

Daniel Lim: I had experienced failure in network marketing before, so when a relative introduced me to Atomy, I was skeptical. But after four years, I noticed how my relative had changed, and that's when I started looking into Atomy. I began to understand Atomy's vision especially after listening to the Chairman's lectures, and decided to do it.

Daniel Lim: After the Success Academy had been suspended due to the pandemic, Chairman Park himself was able to come and give a lecture in-person. Even though the pandemic is not completely over yet, he came with passion and love for the members, and I was very moved by this.

Daniel Lim: I am so excited about Atomy’s vision of continuing to open more Atomy branches and becoming No. 1 in the industry by 2030. Also, the goal of building a school for children all around the world really touched my heart.
