대한민국 일하기 좋은 100대 기업 선정
애터미는 지난 1월 28일 GPTW(Great Place to Work) Korea의 ‘제19회 대한민국 일하기 좋은 100대 기업’에 선정됐다. 애터미는 일하기 좋은 기업 선정되었을 뿐만 아니라 박한길 회장은 한국에서 가장 존경받는 CEO 24명, People&Culture팀 최윤혁 팀장은 대한민국 GWP 혁신리더 28명에 각각 선정되며 3관왕을 기록했다. 

GPTW는 전 세계 70여 국가와 공통으로 신뢰 경영을 연구하며 미국 경제지 <포춘>지의 ‘일하기 좋은 100대 기업’을 선정하는 기관이다. 애터미는 특히 신뢰경영지수에서 높은 점수를 받아 이번 수상의 영예를 안았다. 

온라인으로 진행된 시상식에서 박한길 회장은 “원칙과 혁신으로 애터미를 누구나 일하고 싶어 하는 기업으로 만들겠다”는 수상 소감을 전하며 단순하고 반복적인 일은 줄이고 창의적인 일에 집중하는 것이 중요하다고 말했다. 



품질경영·고객만족경영 국제 인증 획득
애터미가 지난해 말 ISO9001(품질 경영 시스템)과 ISO10002(고객 만족 경영 시스템) 인증을 획득했다. ISO9001과 ISO10002는 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 제정한 품질 경영 시스템에 관한 국제 규격이다. 

ISO9001(품질 경영 시스템)이란 제품 또는 서비스의 품질을 지속해서 개선하여 고객의 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 능력을 보유하고 있는 기업임을 의미하며 ISO10002(고객 만족 경영 시스템)은 체계적인 프로세스를 바탕으로 고객 불만을 효과적이며 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 기업이라는 인증이다. 

애터미는 2019년 업계 최초로 고객중심경영(CCM) 인증받은 데 이어 이번 인증도 획득하면서 고객 중심의 '믿고 쓰는 애터미'를 실현하고 있다.

애스오애스나눔회 2021년 전반기 장학금 1억 1천만 원 전달식 가져
애터미 로열·크라운리더스클럽 회원들로 구성된 사업자 자조 단체인 사단법인 애스오애스나눔회에서 3월 1일 2021년도 전반기 장학생으로 선정된 84명에게 1억 1천만 원의 장학금을 전달했다. 애스오애스나눔회 본회 회원, 장학생과 학부모 등이 참여한 가운데 장학금 전달식은 온라인을 통해 진행되었다. 

사단법인 애스오애스나눔회는 2016년 발족하여 사고나 질병으로 인해 생계의 어려움을 겪고 있거나 자녀 학자금 문제로 곤란에 처한 애터미 회원들을 돕고 있으며 점차 사회 일반 소외계층에게로 도움의 손길을 확대해 나가고 있다.



애터미 대만, 제5회 애터미런 개최
애터미 대만법인이 지난 1월 9일 가오슝 국립경기장에서 애터미 회원을 비롯하여 가오슝시 운동발전국, 교육부, 핑둥현 운동발전센터, 타이둥현 정부교육처, 가오슝시 체육총회 관계자 8000여 명이 참석한 가운데 제5회 애터미런을 개최했다.

애터미런은 '나눔의 문화'를 실천하기 위해 참가비 전액을 소외 계층이나 지원이 필요한 시설에 기부하는 마라톤 행사로 2017년에 시작해 올해로 5회째 진행되었다. 첫 회 900명 참가에서 해마다 참여자 수가 늘어 올해까지 누적 2만 명이 참여했으며 누적으로 4억 원(한화 기준)의 기부금을 전달했다.



고객행복센터 장학금 2,600만 원 전달
애터미 도경희 부회장은 지난 2월 22일 고객행복센터 직원에게 행복 Dream 장학금을 전달했다.

애터미 행복 Dream 장학금은 애터미 고객행복센터 근무하는 직원의 자녀 중 초·중·고등학교, 대학교 입학 자녀에게 장학금을 전달하는 제도이다. 이번에 전달된 장학금은 초등학생 3명(각 100만 원), 중학생 6명(각 100만 원), 고등학생 5명(각 200만 원), 대학생 2명(각 500만 원)에게 총 2,900만 원이다.

도경희 부회장은 2018년부터 애터미 행복 Dream 장학금이라는 명칭으로 매년 장학금을 전달하고 있으며 올해로 4회를 맞이했다. 도경희 부회장은 "장학금은 애터미에서 일하시는 부모님의 노고에 감사하는 마음으로 준비한 것이다. 여러분의 부모님을 자랑스럽게 여기며 성장해 주길 바란다. 기회가 된다면 여러분도 애터미와 함께해주길 바란다."라는 메시지를 전달했다



청소년 미혼모 지원 위해 2억 기부
애터미가 지난 2월 19일 공주시 오롯 비전홀 온라인 석세스아카데미 현장에서 사단법인 링커 이효천 대표에게 청소년 미혼모 가정 지원을 위해 써달라며 2억 원의 기부금을 전달했다. 

사단법인 링커는 청소년 미혼모를 경제적·정서적으로 지원하여 자립을 끌어내는 단체로 애터미는 앞서 2억 원을 후원한 데 이어 올해 2억 원을 추가 기부했다. 이 기부금은 위기의 한부모 가정 보호, 경제적 자립을 위한 교육, 주거비와 치료비 등을 비롯한 생활비 지원과 미혼모 인식 개선 사업에 쓰일 예정이다.

사단법인 링커의 이효천 대표는 “기업이 좋은 일을 한다는 것은 선한 행동으로 그치는 것이 아니라 사회를 변화시키고 사람을 살리는 일”이 라며 애터미에 감사를 표했다.



애터미 인도네시아, 술라웨시 지진 피해 복구비로 1억 루피아 전달
애터미 인도네시아가 지난 2월 인도네시아 술라웨시섬 서부에 발생한 지진 피해 복구비로 IDR 100,000,000(한화 800만 원)를 전달했다. 인도네시아는 1월 15일 새벽 술라웨시섬에 강타한 규모 6.2의 강진으로 건물 수백 채가 붕괴했으며 872명의 사상자가 발생하는 등의 인명 피해가 발생 되었다. 

애터미 인도네시아는 앞서 2018년 그랜드 오픈식 때에도 ACT(AKSI CEPAT TANGGAP) 단체에 쓰나미와 지진 피해 복구비로 IDR 500,000,000(한화 4,000만 원)를 전달했으며 2020년에는 반텐 지역 홍수 및 산사태로 발생한 이재만 기부를 위해 IDR 316,000,000(한화 2,500만 원) 등을 기부한 바 있다

Selected as one of the 100 Best Workplace in Korea
On January 28, Atomy was selected as one of the '19th Best 100 Workplaces in Korea' by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Korea. Not only has Atomy won the grand prize, but Chairman Han-Gill Park was also selected as one of the 24 Most Admired CEOs in Korea, and People and Culture Team Leader Yoon-Hyuk Choi as one of the 28 GPTW Innovative Leaders in Korea, earning Atomy a total of three awards. 

GPTW studies trust management with more than 70 countries around the world and selects the “100 Best Companies to Work For” for “Fortune,” a US business magazine. Atomy won this award because it received a high score in the Trust Management Index. 

In his award speech, Chairman Han-Gill Park said, “I will make Atomy a desirable workplace founded on principles and innovation.” during the award ceremony online. He also mentioned that it is important to reduce simple and repetitive work and focus on creative work. 



Received international certification for quality management and customer satisfaction management
At the end of last year, Atomy acquired the ISO9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System) certifications. ISO9001 and ISO10002 are international standards for quality management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 

Having the ISO9001 (Quality Management System) certification means that the company has the ability to meet customer requirements by continuously improving the quality of products or services, and having the ISO10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System) certification means that the company can effectively and efficiently handle customer complaints based on a systematic process. 

In 2019, Atomy was the first in the Korean direct selling industry to receive the Customer Centered Management (CCM) certification, and it is also realizing a customer-oriented “Atomy You Can Trust and Use” by acquiring these certifications.

SOS Support holds a ceremony to deliver KRW 110 million in scholarship grants in the first half of 2021
The SOS Support, which is an organization comprised of members of the Royal and Crown Leaders Club, is an intra-supportive NGO of Atomy business owners. On March 1, the association delivered scholarship grants totaling KRW 110 million to 84 students selected as scholarship recipients for the first half of 2021. The scholarship ceremony was held online while the main members of the SOS Support, the recipients, and their parents participated. 

The SOS Support, which was established in 2016, has been helping Atomy members who are suffering from financial difficulties due to accidents or diseases or who are having problems paying their children’s college tuition fees. The association is gradually expanding its helping hand to the underprivileged in general.



Atomy Taiwan holds the 5th Atomy Run
The Atomy Taiwan office held the 5th Atomy Run at the Kaohsiung National Stadium with more than 8,000 people, including Atomy members as well as people from the Kaohsiung City Sports Development Bureau, the Ministry of Education, the Pingtung County Sports Development Center, the Taitung County Government Department of Education, and the Kaohsiung City Sports Assembly.

Atomy Run is a marathon event in which all participation fees are donated to the underprivileged or to public facilities in need of support to practice "Atomy's Culture of Sharing.” The number of participants has increased every year, with 900 participants in the first year, 2017, and the cumulative participants of 20,000 people up to this year, with a total amount of KRW 400 million donated so far.



KRW 26 million donated as scholarship grants to Atomy Customer Center
On February 22, Atomy’s Vice Chairman Kyoung Hee Do sponsored the Happy Dream Scholarship for Atomy Korea's Customer Center employees.

The Atomy Happy Dream Scholarship provides scholarships to children of employees working at the Customer Center in Korea who are in elementary, middle, and high schools or are entering university. The scholarships provided this time amounted to a total of KRW 29 million, including scholarships for three elementary school students (KRW 1 million each), six middle school students (KRW 1 million each), five high school students (KRW 2 million each), and two university students (KRW 5 million each).

Since 2018, Vice Chairman Do has been offering scholarships every year under the name “Atomy Happy Dream Scholarship,” and this year marks its fourth anniversary. Do said to the students, “This scholarship is gratitude to the hard-working parents at Atomy. I hope you will grow up to be proud of your parents. If the opportunity arises, I hope you can join Atomy in the future."



KRW 200 million donated to support single teenage mothers
On February 19, Atomy donated KRW 200 million to LINKER at the Success Academy broadcasted in Orot Vision Hall in Gongju city, asking that the money be used to support the families of single teenage mothers. 

LINKER is a NGO that promotes the independence of single adolescent mothers by supporting them financially and emotionally. Atomy donated an additional KRW 200 million this year, following its previous donation of KRW 200 million. This donation will be used to provide protection to single-parent families in crisis, education for economic independence, and support for living expenses, including housing and medical expenses, and to improve awareness of single mothers.

Lee Hyo-Chun, the CEO of LINKER, expressed his gratitude to Atomy, saying, “When a company practices good, it doesn’t stop there but changes society and saves people.”



Atomy Indonesia donates IDR 100 million for earthquake damage relief after earthquake in Sulawesi
In February, Atomy Indonesia donated IDR 100,000,000 as relief for the earthquake damage. In the early morning of January 15, Indonesia suffered a 6.2 earthquake in the western part of Sulawesi Island, destroying hundreds of buildings and causing 872 casualties. 

During the Grand Opening Ceremony in 2018, Atomy Indonesia donated IDR 500,000,000 to the ACT (AKSI CEPAT TANGGAP) as relief for tsunami and earthquake damage. In 2020, IDR 316,000,000 was donated as relief for the floods and landslides in Banten.
